It is with great joy that I'm (finally) unveiling the poster for the upcoming Self-Love Day retreat on Saturday, February 5th 2022 from 10 to 4:30pm.
In our fast-paced culture, it's easy to get overwhelmed and feel lost in it all. This retreat offers the opportunity to explore yoga-based and mindfulness-based practices that can help you ride the waves and get more of what matters to you out of life.
Yoga-lovers and self-discovery seekers, assemble! This is bound to be a nourishing day for mind, body and soul.

Don't forget to email at least 48hrs prior to the retreat regarding any food allergies or dietary restrictions so that we can plan lunch accordingly.
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and any props you use for your yoga practice.
