What individual therapy sessions look like

Therapy works best when it is a true partnership. We focus on building an equal, trusting relationship where our clinical knowledge blends with your deep understanding of your own life to help you discover the path forward.

The initial session(s)

We begin by getting to know you, your history, and what brings you to therapy. There is no pressure to share everything all at once. Together, we’ll clarify what sustainable growth looks like for you.

Ongoing sessions

Sessions last 50-55 minutes and are entirely collaborative. Some weeks we may focus on processing a heavy emotional experience; other weeks we might focus on practical, real-world tools to help you get through the upcoming days.

Your pace, your goals

We regularly check in to ensure the work we are doing continues to feel relevant, helpful, and aligned with your personal values.

Our therapeutic approaches

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our Associate Therapists draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, blending them flexibly to suit your unique mind and story:
